Starting with row 7 you need to move your marker (and thus the start of your round) one stitch to the left to make the motif line up correctly. You continue that shift on round 9 and 11 as well. Once you start over with round one your first stitch will stay the same until you reach round 7 again.

This pattern is for sweater, overalls and hat.
