long-tail cast on 66 stitches. knitted appx. 4 cm in twisted rib and 14 cm total leg (rib + slip stitch pattern).
Trying to get two short-ish socks from 4 80-meter skiens. It’s a tight squeeze but I think doable. Pattern goes fast, instructions for heel are not good, but I’ve done this type of heel before so I just tinked back and knit it again they way I know how to make a short-row heel with a nice finish rather than the rather gappy version that resulted from following the pattern.
