The patterns will be released in November 2017, February 2018, May 2018 and August 2018.

The Expedition - Year 1 - The Winds is a special shawl club with customizable shawlette designs by Skeinwalker.

The shawl club has four installments. All four designs will be shawlettes, worked with one single skein of yarn. They’ll have lace like so many Skeinwalker designs (because I love lace! :-) and they will be customizable (because I’m a customization junkie! :-) so that you can make the shawl as large as you want.

Like with all Skeinwalker patterns, crystal clear full written and charted instructions will be included as well as a schematic and video tutorials for the used stitches (and techniques if necessary for the pattern).

The patterns will be released one by one with the following schedule: at the end of November 2017 (Auro), February 2018 (Autan), May 2018 (Aquilon) and August 2018. They will use fingering-weight or heavy lace yarns hand-dyed by indie dyers.

All patterns will be delivered via Ravelry. The purchase price of the Ravelry ebook includes the full year - four patterns. The ebook will be offered at a discounted price at first, then the purchase price will go up after each new pattern release.

The Expedition patterns will be exclusive to the shawl club for the full year. Each of the patterns will be released to be purchased individually one month after the very last release in 2018 (so that’s around September 2018).

For each shawlette, there will be a special KAL in the Skeinwalker Raverly group with prizes to win. And there at least one (yarn) giveaway.
