Hanne Falkenberg is classic, Danish hand knitting from knit wear designer Hanne Falkenberg.

Hanne has worked worked as a knit wear designer with various brands in Scotland and Norway before she started designing with her own brand name.

A Falkenberg model is easily recognised by the geometrical patterns, stripes in garter stitch and ingenious constructions.

As Hannne says: “All knitters can knit my models - just follow the pattern”

Since 2021 Danish yarn producer and hand knit designer Önling has curated Hanne Falkenberg’s brand including all patterns and yarn.

You find Hanne Falkenberg wool as Önling No 20 (100% Shetland Wool) and the summer yarn Sofistica as Önling No 21 (60% linen and 40% cotton).

We work with the same spinning mills in Scotland, where Hanne Falkenberg also sourced her yarns.

Color palette for No 20 has been updated, since several colours were no longer in production at the mill. New colours in Sofistica has been added. But it’s the same yarn as you’ve always known.
