This pamphlet appears to have been published by Ben Franklin back in the 70s, and that’s only a guess. The patterns calls for “Majesty Wintuk Knitting Wosted”, “Majesty Wool Knitting Worsted”, or “Majesty Sparkle Yarn” and it seems that Ben Franklin stores were the only ones to carry this particular brand.

It also appears that the instructions that Extreme Craft used on their blog post and in their pattern were taken from this flyer. Which were from an even older scan of this pattern. As with Extreme Crafts post the original pamphlet had instructions for 3 hats: A curved edge hat, a hat with brim, and a hat with a visor.
