Knit this warm cowl in any fingering-weight yarn. I used sock yarn. It has plenty of body and plenty of drape. It is washable. Knit it any length and add a zipper for closing to wear as a long cowl, twisted and zipped for a moebius cowl, doubled and zipped for a cozy neck warmer, or unzipped for a scarf. Works up fast and easy, looks great, but best of all----no purling!
