Skirt is worked in the rnd to make a large circle. The circle is worked in rnds beg at the outer edge using the longest circular needle.
Stitches are decreased to work towards the center of the circle. When the number of sts will no longer spread comfortably around the length of the circular needle, change to the next shorter needle.
Piece is divided to form armholes and back and front worked separately back and forth in rows.
