By the time the Patriot soldiers reached the Battle of Yorktown, they were battle tested, but they were also tired, they were ragged, they were ready to go home to their families and start their new lives as Americans. My hope with this cowl is to show a bit of the ragged side with a slip stitch pattern that looks slightly askew when knit up!
