1150 metres of #4 medium weight yarn/ 10 ply and a J/10-6mm hook. I used Lion brand Heartland or
1125 meters of fingering weight/ 4ply yarn and a G/6-4.25mm hook. I used Lola cotton acrylic

Notes: If you do not want to start with a Fdc row you can chain in multiples of 12 then add an extra 4 and work a dc into the 4rd chain from the hook and dc in each st across, then start on row 2.

This can be made by working the short side, or you can make it by working a long starting chain (24 x 12 + 2) and a short width.

Finished length for the #4 weight is 79 inches / 200 cm width is 18 inches /46 cm

Finished length for the fingering weight is 76 inches / 193 cm width is 15 inches / 38cm
