Woodlands is a comfy, cozy pullover to keep you toasty warm as the days get shorter and the nights get longer. Get ready to add a layer of woolies for a walk in the woods or a stroll along the river. The pullover is a contemporary twist on the timeless, ever-popular basic cable pullover — full of easy texture. The simple cable and textured panel is designed specifically with a less experienced knitter in mind that wants to try their hand at cables.

The pullover is worked in the round from the bottom up until the divide for the armholes. The front and back are then worked separately and joined together at the shoulders with a 3-needle bind off. The sleeves are picked up along the armhole edge and worked down. Sleeve instructions are written to use DPNs, however an alternate method of working small circumferences can be used, such as Magic-Loop, or a short circular needle for the larger sizes.

This pattern has been test knit.
