Woodgrove Socks
The Woodgrove socks were inspired by long hikes through the forest, over the mountains, and through the trees. An escape into nature with the coziest socks in your boots. Use two colors for the whole sock or get creative by using different colors for different sections of the sock.
This pattern is suitable for any knitter that is comfortable working with two yarns at a time and single color increases and decreases. The socks are worked from the top down in the round, with a gusset/wrap and turn mix heel construction and Kitchener stitch toe. Woodland inspired colorwork at the cuff of the sock is worked with almost entirely short floats which makes for a more enjoyable knitting experience. These socks are also worked at a tighter gauge making for a stronger fabric to hold up better when being worn and used - plus they are warmer this way!
