Wintertime Cushions
What makes a home more welcoming and cosy than handmade decorations?
This matching pair of cushion covers uses stranded knitting. Both are worked using the same colours, but feature different patterns that combine the clean look of geometric shapes with traditional Scandinavian stitch patterns.
They are started with a Figure 8 cast-on, then worked in the round from the top to the bottom. They are closed using mattress stitch. Alternatively, a zipper can be added as closure.
