Winter’s Bite is a deliciously warm blanket just perfect for draping over your legs on frosty mornings and frozen evenings. The stitch pattern is really warm and snugly when worked in Paintbox Simply Aran. I’ve used ‘A Winter Tale’ colour pack for this design.

You’ll need 100g balls of aran weight yarn in 5 different colours and two balls of each colour.

The pattern is graded Easy and only uses basic stitches. The instructions are in written format in both UK and US crochet terms.

The finished blanket is almost square in shape and will measure approximately 41” x 40” (105 x 103cm), and, it looks great from both sides!
