Winterberry
A simple, classic colorwork pullover is made wide, swingy, and super oversized with a modified drop shoulder and long sleeves. The challenge in this sweater lies in working the stranded colorwork flat, and is totally worth the effort. The pullover is knitted in the round from the bottom to the underarm, where front and back are separated and worked flat. Shoulders are shaped with short rows and are joined with a three-needle bind off. Sleeves are picked up from around the armholes and are worked in the round to the cuffs. A ribbed trim is picked up and worked around the neck opening.
