Winter Skies Cowl
PATTERN DESCRIPTION
A soft loom knit Fair Isle design, knit with a touch of alpaca. Designed with the changing winter skies in mind, this cowl features snowflakes, ice crystals, lightning and finishes with stripes representing sleet and rain. It is a bit oversized but is easily made fitted by deleting sections of the chart/pattern. This pattern is one size fits most but is specifically designed for the teen to adult. This pattern has full written instructions and (4) charts for easier reading.
LEVEL: Confident Beginner+. This pattern is comprised of knits and purls but requires knowledge of stranded (color) knitting and the loomer must understand how to read a pattern.
LOOM: ½” peg spacing loom with at least 39 pegs; the ½”-66 peg CinDWood Loom was used to make sample.
