Winter Rainbow
This scarf is as much fun to knit as it is to wear. The bright, three-dimensional rolls of colour add warmth, as well well as being a good way of using up leftover yarn.
Each colour roll is ‘zipped up’ on the back, using a technique that deals with the ends of yarn as you go along.
My scarf was knitted with DK weight yarn and used 100g of the main colour and 10g of each of ten other colours. It would be simple to adapt the pattern for other weights of yarn.
All my ravelry patterns are free to download but, if you enjoy them, please consider making a donation to the Children’s Liver Disease Foundation, a charity which funds research and supports the families of children with a liver disease. You can do this easily by going to my fundraising page www.justgiving.com/frankiesknittedstuff
