Winter Plaid Granny Square Blanket Pattern

The Winter Plaid Granny Square Blanket uses a traditional granny square to make something spectacular! Traditional tartan plaids are some of my favourite fabric patterns and I wanted to create one that was Winter appropriate but with a pop of red so that it was also fun for the Holiday Season.

This pattern is worked up using a traditional granny square but can easily be modified to any granny square motif you prefer. Note: yarn quantities will differ.

The pattern uses 2384yds of WeCrochet/Knit Picks Wool of the Andes Superwash Bulky (137yds/100g) yarn and a 5mm (size H) hook.

PATTERN INCLUDES: all colours used and the yarn quantities as well as exact positioning. My gift to you is taking the work out of colourwork!

The final blanket size was: 50”x 55” inches.
