This beanie is an intermediate pattern. You will use extended single crochet and some 3rd loop Half double crochets. It is a great way to branch out and try some new textured stitches.
This hat is created by working from the brim to the top so you can customize the length to make the hat more of a slouch fit.

Materials needed.
150 yards of bulky weight yarn. I used Yarn Bee Andes Alpaca in the samples.
J Hook (6 mm)
Tapestry needle and a stitch marker if you like.
