Winter Bulbs Sweater (junior version) is an easy pattern to practice colorwork. It’s the children’s version of my adult tulip yoke sweater, so you can dress all matchy-matchy. It’s knitted in the round with circular needles and you never work with more than 2 colors at the same time, making it very easy to follow. It is worked seamlessly in one piece and offers several finishing options to adapt it to your preferences.

Sizes:
1-2 (2-4, 4-6, 6-8, 8-10, 10-14) years old

Finished bust measurements, blocked:
53 (56, 64, 73, 76, 84) cm

Positive ease:
10 cm approx

Gauge:
17 sts x 20 rows in stockinette stitch = 10 x 10 cm

Recommended needle size:
5.5 mm circular needles for main fabric

• 5 mm circular needles for hem and cuffs
• 40 cm cable for neck and sleeves
• 50 – 80 cm cable for the body

El jersey ‘Winter bulbs’ es un patrón fácil para practicar colorwork. Es la versión infantil de mi jersey con canesú de tulipanes, para que podáis ir todos conjuntados. Incluye tallas desde 1 a 14 años. Se teje en redondo con agujas circulares y nunca utilizas más de 2 colores a la vez, por tanto es muy fácil de seguir. Se teje de una sola pieza sin costuras y ofrece varias opciones de acabados para adaptarlo a tus gustos.
