Winnie
This pattern has been discontinued.
This cropped jumper is inspired by the little red t-shirt a certain teddy bear wears while devouring honey and gallivanting in the woods with his friends. It’s also a tribute to my grandmother, Winnie. She loved Winnie the Pooh and had a giant stuffed version sitting in a rocking chair in the corner of the room I always stayed in when I visited her as a child. Winnie taught me to knit when I was nine years old, and I haven’t put down the needles since. She passed away in 2016, but I carry her legacy with me every day.
“Some people care too much. I think it’s called love.” – A. A. Milne, Winnie-the-Pooh
