Wingspan in Lace for Loom Knitters
This loom knit pattern is based on the beautiful “Wingspan” design by Maylin Tan of Tri’Coterie Designs, and published with her permission.
This new pattern is part of an e-book containing the original “Wingspan for Loom Knitters” pattern, “Wingspan in Lace for Loom Knitters” pattern, and a section on sizing your Wingspan. Wingspan may be sized as a scarf, shawlette or shawl.
Wingspan in Lace includes four lace designs that may be used in any combination: zigzag, eyelet, Venetian lace, and flower chain. The pattern is written to allow not only your choice of lace, but for an endless variety of sizes, yarns weights and looms as well. A beading option is also included.
Many looms may be used, with a minimum of 90 pegs up to a maximum of 228 pegs. Gauge options are given for small (3/8 inch), medium (1/2 inch), and large (3/4 inch) gauge looms.
Yarn weight options are given for fingering, DK, worsted and bulky weight yarns.
Variations are endless. With this pattern and the e-book, you will be able to create your own, very unique Wingspan.
The e-book incudes two formats, large print 24 point font, and a 12 point paper-saver version. A photo gallery is also included.
My patterns are low vision and screen reader accessible. The text is black, Arial and large print 24 point font. All of the directions are fully written out and no charts are relied on to complete the patterns. No italics are used. They are screen reader and tablet friendly.
