Winged Blouse
Size: small to medium; waist 24 inches, bust 32 inches. Will fit to 36.
Yarn: A; fine, 2-ply weaving yarn; 1 oz. sand and 1 oz. beige, 1 to 2 oz. brown
Needles: average,
- no. 12 to knit 3 sts. to 1 inch
- no. 10, to knit 4 sts. to 1 inch
Chart: one box = 3 stitches or 3 ridges.
Units: Divided squares, right and left triangles, divided triangles, an adapted unit.
To wear: Weight scarf points with carefully selected beads. Bring scarf to front and cross or tie for daytime wear. Throw back from shoulders for evening wear.
The blouse photographed weighed exactly two ounces. Since less than one ounce may not be bought, 3 ounces are needed to give 3 colors. 4 ounces make two blouses by reversing colors.
