The Windowfrost set features a cowl and earwarmer, each written in two sizes. These cozy pieces are perfect for warding off the chill in the air while adding interesting texture to any outfit. Both pieces are worked in a DK weight merino cashmere blend that is just right for next to skin accessories. Short row shaping on the earwarmer provides additional coverage, right where you need it!

This pattern assumes knowledge of working in the round, cabling, basic lace, and reading charts. Instructions are provided for short-row shaping. Please note that there are NOT written directions for the charts in this pattern.

S: 18” to fit heads up to 21.5” - 80 yards (1 ball Knit Picks Capra)
L: 21.5” to fit heads up to 24” - 100 yards (1 ball Knit Picks Capra)

I was able to squeeze both the Small Cowl and Small Earwarmer out of just two balls of Capra, but I would highly recommend purchasing three balls to ensure you don’t run out, and to give you the option of making the larger sizes.
