The Whitwell Top is worked entirely flat and features an all-over lace pattern. The front and back are knit separately and seamed at one shoulder. Stitches are picked and knit flat for a collar, before the other shoulder is seamed. Stitches are picked up by both shoulder seams and knit flat for sleeves before the sides are seamed to finish.
