Fibrefest 2024 Cowl – Crochet
Wave to me
This is a simple pattern featuring a repeated cluster stitch over two rows to form a wave pattern and worked in the round. The same cluster stitch is used for the edging. It is intended to be an easy to modify ‘stash busting’ pattern. So, add more rows or more repeats to suit your tastes. It has been made in 4ply (fingering sock) yarn but can be easily modified for an 8ply (DK) if you prefer. It is also easy to change the stripes. I have alternated my colours in bands of two rows, but I think this would look great in a mini-skein gradient set as well. Please keep in mind that it is a two row repeat pattern, if you want the wave effect, but it can also be used to make an all-over texture.
This pattern is written in Both US UK Terminology and charted. Please ensure you download the correct file.
