Waterlily Kimono
The Waterlily Kimono has ¾ sleeves and a kimono collar, and is designed as an oversize garment which can be worked in different lengths. The kimono has waterlily motifs worked on a base of stockinette stitch and is worked with three strands of Kid Seta. You can choose between a one coloured version or a multicoloured version with 8-12 colours changing throughout work as our long purple/green 12 color version shown in the pictures.
Sizes: S/M (L/XL)
Bust: approx. 152 (168) cm.
Sleeve length: approx. 26 (26) cm.
Length from back neck: Short version approx. 58 (62) cm. Long version approx. 66 (70) cm.
One coloured version:
Kid Seta, balls of 25 g: 11 (13) balls for the short version, 13 (15) balls for the long version, plus for both versions 1 ball of color 407 black for the Lilies.
Multicoloured version:
Kid Seta, 1 ball of 25 g of each of the following colors: 104 magnolia flower bulb, 408 light grey, 414 light blue, 812
light sea green, 1230 light purple, 760 tweed blue bird.
Kid Seta, 2 balls of 25 g of each of the following colors: 820 light avocado green, 615 tweed wisteria, 680 tweed
princess lilac, 805 tweed matcha tea, 870 tweed sleeping forest.
Extras: Markers.
Needles: 5 mm circular needles (80, 60 and 40 cm) in Koshitsu bamboo from Seeknit and Gepard.
Gauge: 15-16 sts and 21-22 rows in stockinette st with 3 strands of Kid Seta = 10 x 10 cm.
