This is a lovely, warm set of fingerless mitts using a budget friendly, great all around wool from Berroco called Lanas. It’s a light worsted and I used a size US 5/3.76mm set of five double pointed needles. This size makes the mitts warm enough to keep out the winter cold or, the chilly a/c!

The lace is charted and written out for those who hate charts. The chart is large and easy to read and complete instructions for working from the chart are included. You will need to know or learn how to knit, purl, ssk, k2tog, yo, and s2kpo. Directions for these sts are included in the abbreviations. There is a right hand and a left hand mitt. The palms of both mitts are
stockinette/stocking stitch.

These mitts are well fitting. I don’t like loose mitts, so these will hug your hands. Included are two sizes of mitts, so everyone can be happy!

This matches my “Warm Cider Hat”, so if you’d like a set, check it out! The color evokes the hot cider so comforting during a cold spell, with the aroma and steamy goodness!
