A shawlette/scarf knitted sideways in one piece with written and charted instructions where you will use up most of the 100g skein
Finished blocked size is 30cm/12ins deep at the widest point and 160cm/63ins length
Materials
4mm/US 6 circular needle or a pair of 4mm/US 6 straight needles
Natural Star Sock Yarn - 80% merino and 20% nylon, approx. 357m per 100g skein 4ply/fingering weight

Abbreviations
K - knit, k2tog - knit the next 2 stitches together, kfb - knit into the front and the back of the next stitch, p - purl, p2tog - purl the next 2 stitches together, pm - place marker, psso - pass slipped stitch over, rep - repeat, sl 1 - slip 1 stitch, sm - stitch marker, som - slip over marker to the other needle, ssk - slip, slip, knit - knit the 2 slipped stitches together through the back of the loops, st(s) - stitch(es), yo - yarn over
Gauge/Tension
24sts and 28 rows to 10cm/4ins over garter stitch on 4mm/US 6 needles blocked. Gauge/tension is not crucial if following the % below
Note: To get the most of your skein weigh it before starting. You will use 20% of your yarn for the increase section, 60% for the straight section and 20% for the decrease section
