WAITING FOR INDIAN SUMMER is worked seamlessly from top down, in reverse stockinette stitch. To avoid purling, the garment is worked on the wrong side. Work starts from a provisional winding CO. Shoulder parts are worked first, then the neckline is joined by cast on stitches. For the sleeve caps, stitches are picked up from the shoulder parts. From this point front, sleeves and back are worked together top down until sleeve divide.
