Wagtail fingerless 3 color
The mitts are worked in the round and starts with 1 hem and 2 (3) tucks. Then you work cuff with color work and then hands with gusset for thumb. The mitts are finished with I – cord bind of. I
recommend using solid colors with good contrast for this pattern.
Size: S/M (L/XL)
Circumference at the fingers:
18 (21) cm /7” (8 ¼”)
Length: 22 (23) cm/ 8 ½“ (9”)
Materials:
50 gr = 160 meters. Fingering/4ply (14 wpi)
MC: 40 grams/128 meters/140 yards.
CC1: 20 grams/64 meters/70 yards.
CC2: 15 grams/48 meters/53 yards.

Gauge in stranded knitting:
28 stitches x 32 row = 10 x 10 cm (4”).
Tools:
5 DPNs 2.5 mm/ (US 1 or 2).
Circular 2.5 mm/ (US 1 or 2), 60 - 80 cm
(24 -32”) for hem and tuck.
Waste yarn or stitch holder.
