My son moved two states away after college for a fantastic job, and almost immediately purchased a condo. Since he has never been interested in hand-knit garments, I decided to make him something he might use as a housewarming gift. I knew there were towel patterns available, but I wanted something thinner than the worsted weight kitchen cotton yarns - something that would feel more like the store-bought towels, only hand-knit.

Since then, my mind has been filled with different textures that would make good towels. I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did!
