The Violet Dreams block is an intermediate level, colourful floral design, made with individual motifs chained together with a knot work inspired centre

Materials needed:
Violet Dreams was designed using 8ply/DK/weight 3 yarn. It is 14cm square and each uses 50m /54.6yrds total per square
Colour 1 9m/9.8yrds
Colour 2 12m/13yrds
Colour 3 9m/9.8yrds
Colour 4 2m/2.2yrds
Colour 5 15m/16.5yrds

4.5mm/G hook or hook appropriate for your chosen yarn weight

pm: Place marker
dc: Double crochet
sc: Single crochet
cl3dc: Cluster 3 double crochet
cl3tr: Cluster 3 treble crochet
3rd loop: loop at the back of a stitch below the top v
bpsc: Back post single crochet
ch: chain
skp: Skip stitch
sl st: Slip stitch
ch-sp: Chain space
