Viking crochet pattern
This pattern is written in UK & US crochet terms (2 files available to download) and designed in the amigurumi style, worked in a continuous spiral. Very clear pattern with photographs.
This pattern is mostly crocheted in one piece with little sewing.
This pattern shows you how to make the male Viking with notes at the end on how to adapt it for the female Viking.
Skill level: Intermediate (or advanced beginner with experience in amigurumi).
Size: 26cm tall when using a 3.5mm hook & aran weight yarn.
To make this Viking you will need:
Aran weight (worsted) yarn. Yarn used in this pattern is Paris drops.
A pair of safety eyes (9mm approx).
3.5mm (US E/4) crochet hook.
Polyester toy filling.
Stitch markers.
Embroidery needle.
