Victoria Falls
The PDF version of this pattern for sale here is in English only.
This relaxed fitting design, inspired by thoughts of tumbling waterfalls, echoed by the silver lined beads suggesting droplets of water splashing up from the cascade. They also enhance the natural drape of this lovely yarn making it a very easy garment to wear for most body types. This design features soft box pleats at the front and garter st gores in the sides and back allowing the lace fabric to drop into gentle folds. The armhole and sleeve lengths are easily adjusted and so there is ample scope to adapt this design - just start all pieces with a Row 1.
This cardigan wrap could be dressed up or down and would work just as well as a cover up for a glamorous evening out or a “spoil yourself” day in.
Knitting techniques include beading and require a small degree of confidence with lace patterns. It is a surprisingly simple stitch but as with most lace patterns, it can be a little challenging to fix dropped sts although this is probably one of the easiest.
The pdf of the pattern on sale in Judy Furlong’s Ravelry store is written in English.

All decreases in the charted lace pattern have been shown the wrong way round, so where it shows K2tog you need to work Sl 1, K1, psso and vice versa. The written instructions are correct.
Page 66 first paragraph, remove line saying, “This will be on row 5 of the 6th, 9th and 12th repeats of the beaded lace stitch as folls.”
Page 66, row 101, size 28-32 should say 431 sts and not 461 sts.
Page 66, row 5, third line of instructions: K5 in middle of row should say K1.
