This wool felt box starts with a flat garter-stitch bottom, stitches are then picked up all around to build up the walls in stockinette in the round. The rim is finished with a handsome i-cord bind-off. Stability to the walls is added by clever seams at each corner-edge. Embroider as desired with a simple crochet chain.
