The Verse shawl, take number 2.

This updated version in a single size is knitted with a Recycled cotton in flat tape yarn in a super bulky weight, so this wrap grows quickly. There are cabled edges and a stunning middle lace/cable combo to enjoy, which creates a stunning look.

The pattern is fully written, has a how to video link and also offers a chart. The original Verse shawl offered two sizes knitted with smaller needles and a bulky weight yarn.

The blocked size for this new edition in just one size for all, is 60” in length and 17” in height.

Yarn used here
2 skeins of Recycled flat tape cotton yarn in a super bulky weight. 165 yards/150 grams a skein. 1/4” wide.

Notions needed
US size 19 (15 mm) circular needle 32” (81 cm) in length.
Cable needle
Darning needle or crochet hook for finishing.

Gauge
7.5 sts and 8 rows in 4” of stockinette stitch.

Techniques:
Reverse stockinette, cables, lace, I-cord bind off, weaving in ends and blocking.
