This little accessory is lightweight to be worn as a cowl or can be pulled up over the head and worn as a snood to help keep those ears warm when out and about. It’s a simple feather and fan lace pattern flanked by picot cast on and bind off for some pizzaz.

Pattern has instructions for both an Aran version and a Bulky version. Aran uses about 275 yards((300 meters) with US #10 (6mm) needles
Bulky uses about 250 yards(275meters) with US #15 (10mm) needles

Both measure about 14” long and 25” circumference.
