Verner vest is a short slipover with a slim fit, worked in Lamull and Alpaca Silk. Therefore, the slipover can be worn with airy skirts and shorts in summer, or as a splash of colour over a long-sleeved shirt in the cold winter months. The yarn is soft and wonderful and can be worn directly on the skin.
The slipover is worked bottom up. Stitches at the armhole openings are cast off and front and back piece are finished separately. Finally, you pick up stitches around neckline and armhole openings and work ribbings – done.
