DIFFICULTY Easy

FINISHED SIZE About 7.75 (8.25, 8.75)” circumference and 8.75 (9.25, 9.75)” long, including cuff. Sample shown measures 8.75″.

YARN Red Heart Yarns Chic Sheep by Marly Bird (100% mercerized merino wool; 186 yd / 3.5 oz): #R170_5360 suede, 2 balls.

HOOK Size G/6 (4 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain correct gauge.

NOTIONS Yarn needle; stitch marker, 2 each two different colors; 1.5″ buttons, 2 (sample used La Mode style #420004292A).

GAUGE 12 sts and 11 rnds = 3″ in esc.

NOTES Stitch combinations do not increase or decrease the stitch count. The extended single crochets anchor the sides of the cable crossing stitches and fill the holes that usually occur next to cables.
