This vest is based on a sweater knitted for me by my grandma when I was about 10 years old. I really loved that sweater! For me it was the combination of twisty cables and the patches of soft pastel colors surrounded by their frames of raised stitches. I reimagined it as a vest to create a smart preppy garment. I know that the combination of cables and color work can look a bit daunting but you will be so proud of the finished garment.
