Uru is the metal that was used to make Thor’s mighty hammer Mjolnir. The metal itself is very east to enchant, so the hammer can be used to call down lightning, open interdimensional portals and, of course, to smack someone across the face. The hammer can only be wielded by someone worthy of the power inherent in the enchantments. It is only found in Asgard and is mined exclusively by dwarves in that realm. You might be able to use these socks as a weapon, but only if you’re found worthy.
