Wear it Up as a hat or Down as a cowl!

And it can be worn as a ponytail hat, too!

Two colors are alternated every row and show off a striking effect in combination with an easy stitch pattern.

My Cowl Hat used about 100g (3.5 oz) in DK weight yarn. Depending on the yarn weight, you might need more yardage.

Basic stitches/techniques needed:

chain, sl st, sc, dc, fpdc, bpdc

Active Loop Color Change (a really easy way to alternate two colors, explained in pattern)
