LEVEL: Intermediate

MATERIALS:
1. Crochet thread - Oren Bayan cotton perle size 12 (various colors)

If you cannot find Oren Bayan cotton perle 12 thread, you can substitute with Lizbeth 40, DMC cotton perle size 12, or DMC single strand floss. Note that Lizbeth is not as soft and if you are using it for the doll and outfit, you will still need DMC cotton perle or floss for the hair.

1. Mohair yarn (lace weight)

2. Crochet hook: a. Clover Japan – 0.9 mm b. Clover Amour – 1.50 mm

3. Polyester stuffing

This crochet PDF PATTERN includes instructions on how to make the unicorn doll and the cloak.

This pattern is easy to follow but requires basic crochet knowledge. You should be familiar with:

• crocheting in rounds (or spiral)
• crochet in rows
• color change
• single crochet, half double crochet, double crochet, chain
• increasing
• invisible decrease
• securing stitches
• finishing amigurumi

FINISHED DOLL:

The finished unicorn doll is about 1.5 inches tall (the horn adds a little to the height). The braid is about 3 inches long.
