Under Duress: Fingerless mitts
So… What are you going to do about all that leftover yarn from your Under Duress sweater project (or any other colourwork project for that matter)? How about a pair of fingerless mitts? Here is a pattern designed to make extra use of those lovely colours!
Yarn Amount
Approx. 60g of total weight of suggested yarn in 4 colours.
Tools
5mm (US 8) (or size required to get gauge) and 4.5mm (US 7) circular needles of 60cm (24”) or longer, 3 stitch markers, stitch holders or waste yarn, measuring tape and yarn needle for weaving in ends.
Sizing & Fitting
One size only - will fit hand size of 7” (18cm) to 8.25”(21cm) palm circumference. For a smaller size, suggest going down 1 or 2 needle sizes. For a larger size, cast on 4 extra stitches. For length, add/subtract rows as you desire.
