Anyone can knit a shawl. That was my motto, during this designing project. Ulla’s shawl is a simple and fun shawl to knit. It is worked sideways from center tip towards the long edge. All you need to know is how to knit and do yarn overs. This is a perfect shawl for the beginners, or a quick snack for the more advanced knitters in between other projects.

Yarn: Novita Nalle (DK, 75% Wool + 25% Polyamide, 284 yards [260m] = 100g). Color A: 175 yards [160m]. Color B: 200 yards [185m].

Needles: US 8 [5mm], 40” [100cm] long circular needle

Size: Wing span 63” [160cm] and 17¾” [45cm] deep.

Gauge: 14 sts x 18 rows = 4” [10cm] of garter stitch after blocking.

Kuka vain osaa neuloa huivin, oli mottoni kun suunnittelin tätä huivia. Ullan huivi on helppo ja hauska huivi neuloa. Huivi neulotaan poikittain keskeltä edestä kärjestä kohti leveintä reunaa. Sinun tarvitsee vain tietää kuinka neulotaan ainaoikeaa sekä tehdään langankierto. Ullan huivi on täydellinen huivi aloittelevalle neulojalle tai kokeneemmille neulojille pikainen välipala muiden projektien välillä.

Lanka: Novita Nalle (DK, 75% villaa + 25% polyamidia, 260m = 100g). Väri A: 160m. Väri B: 185m.

Puikot: 5mm, 100cm pitkä pyöröpuikko

Koko: Huivi on 160cm leveä ja 45cm korkea.

Neuletiheys: 14s x 18 krs:ta = 10cm ainaoikein neuletta.
