Tyyne, named after my late grandmother, is a romantic lace mitten pattern, which has a lace border and lacy motif at the back of the mitten knitted in intarsia in the round. Pattern is written for dk weight yarn, but the yarn can easily be substituted for sport weight yarn. Mittens are knitted in two colors to show the beautiful lace panel. You can also use only one color or knit the wrist’s lace border with third color. There are four sizes available, the smallest is for children.

Tyyne-lapaset ovat romanttiset pitsilapaset, joissa on varressa pitsireunus ja pitsinen intarsiana neulottu kaistale kämmenselässä. Lapaset on neulottu DK-vahvuisesta keskipaksusta villalangasta, mutta voit mainiosti neuloa ne myös ohuemmasta sport-vahvuisesta langasta. Lapasiin on käytetty kahta väriä, jotta intarsiaosuus erottuu kauniisti, mutta toki voit neuloa ne myös yksivärisinä. Tai voit neuloa ranteen pitsireunuksen kolmannella kontrastivärillä. Lapasiin on neljä kokoa, joista pienin koko sopii koululaiselle.
