This is a cute “feather boa” type of scarf, consisting of two different colored ruffles that are knit together from one end of the scarf to the opposite. In addition the scarf is adorned with feathers which provide and element of whimsy. Knit in tropical colors of Teal and Aqua with bulky weight yarn and large needles.
