Created as a happy accident while watching a double-feature at the movies; this basic ribbed hat, mutated diagonally into an easy design that is great for all ages and genders!
A fun and simple hat that is knit in the round creating a diagonal ribbing for the band and basic stockinette for the dome. This is a great portable project while out and about or for mindless knitting.
Materials needed:
- US 7 (4.5mm) circular needle &/or DPN or appropriate needle to reach gauge
- Any comfortable worsted or aran weight yarn to meet gauge
- Stitch marker
- Darning needle for weaving in ends
Example was knit as Large using Cascade Yarns Cherub Aran using Size US 7 needles
