Turtles large and small crawl across this reversible rectangular garter stitch lace scarf. It is knit on the diagonal, and the ends can be finished with beaded twisted fringe.

Directions are given for three widths, and the length can be customized. This lace also can be knit as a wider rectangle or a square by adding 22-stitch repeats.
Designed for lace yarns, it also looks great in variety of fingering and Shetland/sport/DK weight yarns.
