This versatile vest is a simple rectangle with armholes inserted. It is worked along the length of the vest; the beginning and end of your rows are the top and bottom of the vest. Once you understand how the piece is constructed, you will see how easy it is to use any weight of yarn that you would like to create your own vest design, simply by changing the number of foundation chains to suit the height of the garment. If you decide to use a different weight of yarn, adjust your hook size accordingly.

US L (7.5 mm) Tunisian hook and optional standard hook for edging and collar.

Gauge: 12 stitches 14 rows = 4 inches in Tunisian Simple Stitch, after blocking.

Available Sizes
23 (24, 25) inches (height) x 36 (42, 48) inches (width), after blocking. The size is very easy to adjust if none of these sizes are quite right for you.
